Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products (office chairs, steel tables, etc.) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Variations: Since many of our products involve industrial manufacturing and manual finishing, slight variations in dimensions (within industry standards) or finish may occur.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and Payments
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price changes.
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment Security: We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.
4. Orders and Cancellations
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. This may happen due to limited stock, inaccuracies in product pricing, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department.
Cancellations: Orders for custom-made furniture (e.g., specific color school benches or custom-sized tables) cannot be cancelled once production has started. For standard items, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement.
5. Delivery and Assembly
Responsibility: Our responsibility for the product ends once it is delivered to the specified address in good condition.
Site Readiness: For heavy furniture deliveries, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery site (office/school/home) is accessible for large vehicles.
Assembly: Unless explicitly stated, products are delivered as “Semi-Assembled” or “Fully Assembled.” On-site assembly is a value-added service available only in specific regions (Chandigarh/Tricity).
6. User Conduct
You are prohibited from using the site or its content:
For any unlawful purpose.
To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
7. Intellectual Property
